TOURNAMENT
5 Games Guaranteed. 1st Place Awards Only. Team & Individual Trophies Awarded. Top 2 teams make the Championships. Uniforms will be provided.
* 14 min halves (running time, only stops in last minute of each half)
* Each team receives 3 time outs per game
* Teams are allowed to press. Pressing is not allowed if a team over 20 points.
* Teams are allowed 3 minutes to warm up. Half time is 2 minutes. Overtime is 2 minutes.
* If a team is late the clock will run and the team that is present will receive 1 point for every minute that passes. Your team will forfeit if you are 15 minutes late.
* 7 team fouls is 1 and 1, 10 fouls is double bonus. 5 Player fouls is disqualification.
* Tie breakers determined by best record, then head to head, then point differential
* All Players must fill out the DYCD Application in order to participate

SIX WEEKS FITNESS CHALLENGE
This 6 week fitness challenge will consist of 12 workouts, $15 each session.
The Fitness Challenge will include Zumba, Killer Abs, Body Conditioning and many more.
Body measurements of the upper chest, middle chest, waist, hips, left & right biceps will be taken.
There will be 4 cash prizes. Winners will be determined by the percentage of body weight lost. Prizes are awarded as follows: 50% goes to the 1st place winner, 30% to the 2nd place winner, 20% to the 3rd place winner and the "prize jar" to the person who loses the most inches.The more people who register the larger the cash payout will be. Tell your friends and come out and let's get in shape together.
